If you are a consumer and are not satisfied with how we handled your complaint, you may send us a request for redress at office@shuriken.sh. If we reject it or do not answer within 30 days, you may turn to the alternative dispute resolution body, Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia, Bajkalská 21/A, P.O. BOX 29, 827 99 Bratislava 27, Slovakia (soi.sk, ars@soi.sk), within one year. The details are in section 18 of the Terms.
